Fish

Fish are an important source ofprotein;that can be eaten raw, as inJapanese sashimi, or kept for future use by being pickled, as inpickled herring, by being oked, as inoked salmon, or by being canned, as incanned tuna.But most fish is cooked either byfrying, baking, grillingorsteaming. It can be cooked whole, or cut into large pieces calledfillets, or cut into all pieces and used to makesoup, curry, stew,etc. But however you eat your fish, watch out for bones!
